Prof. Ahonsi Simeon Ohiren had his HND in Urban and Regional Planning from Auchi Polytechnic Auchi, MSC in Housing Development and Management, University of Ibadan, MBA in Marketing (in view), Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho, Honorary Doctorate Degree in Letter, European-American University, Dominica, an Ambassador/Patron of American Liberty University (African Representative) with over ten (10) years in real Estate Development Practice. Ahonsi Simeon Ohiren was recently robed as Professor of Housing Development & Management by Beckley University, USA.
His achievement in Real Estate Development sector can not be exhausted. He is currently the developer of the largest single Estate in the Continent of Africa called "The Masters Golden City" Ofada' occupying a total land space of about 576 Acres of (231.214 Hectares) of land projected to accommodate over 5,000 housing units when fully developed. Presently in the 'City' is on-going 300 units Housing Project called Sim-Nigeria Police Housing Estate commissioned on 20th Feb. 2009 by Dr. Mike Okiro former IG of police, about 200 housing units have already been developed & occupied by individual Nigerians, Site and service development of 600 plots of land for Sim-Diamond Corporate individuals. Also developed is Site and service of about 100 plots of land for Westlife Estate strictly for Nigerians in diaspora . All within Masters Golden City.
Other Estates to his credits are: Masters Golden estate Phase1 and Phase2 Mowe, purely developed as Site and Service Scheme occupying a total land space of about 200 Acres of land for Nigerians, The Masters Garden at Lekki Scheme 2, a mini estate that is design to accommodate about 24 Nigerian households and the proposed magnificent Sim beach front Hotel at Okun Ajah Lekki overlooking the beach. Also to his credit is a well planned mini Estate called 'Master Haven' at Dawaki directly opposite (SITEC Estate Gwarimpa), Abuja.

Mr. Babatunde Loye has a B.Sc degree in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a MBA from the University of Kent, United Kingdom. Given his accounting and business background. Mr. Babatunde Loye is a seasoned financial professional, having worked in the finance industry for a number of years in Nigeria and presently in the United Kingdom. He is currently an Area Sales Manager of ALICO Insurance company, a subsidiary of the AIG Insurance Group, where he manages a team of 30 sales consultants. Also Mr. Loye has a special interest in the real estate business with a personal portfolio of his own. He brings on-board his wide business and sales knowledge, as well as an insight into the real estate development from an international perspective.
