The Development/Construction of Three Hundred (300) Housing Unit at Master Golden City, Ofada, Ogun State commissioned by the Inspector
General of Police on 20th day of February, 2009. Estimated project costof N1.5 Billion.

The Site and Service Scheme Involving the Layout Design Plan and Scale of 17.5 acres of bare land at the popular Gateway City Site (Opposite
the Mountain of Fire and Miracle Prayer City) along the Lagos Ibadan Expressway a project of N55 Million Naira executed for FEDEX Co- Operative Society.

The developer of Sim-Diamond Estate located at Ofada and designed to house 600 households at an estimated population of not less than 2.4 million people at an estimated cost of 2.4 billion Naira.

The developer of West-Life Garden. Designed for Nigerians in diaspora at Lagos extension, Ofada. Designed to house 115 households with a population of not less than 600 peoples and at a cost of N4.8 billion Naira.

The developer of St. Michael Catholic Estate at Mowe. Designed to house 300 households at an estimated population of not less than 1.5million people and at an estimated cost of N1.2 billion Naira
